“I was very skeptical, the price and the services proposed for a fortified roof AND gutters did not appear to logically line up after receiving 5 other quotes for just installing a fortified roof; especially coming from a contractor I did not solicit. I asked myself, “Is this a blessing or a trick to end up regretful and disappointed? I spoke with Mr. Allen several times drilling and grilling him with all sorts of questions waiting for that “aha- I knew” moment that just did not happen. I vetted him and found nothing adverse. I prayed and pondered because I needed the roof and gutters and this was a means to tackle them both in one transaction at a fantastic price. Is Allen with ATEP the real deal? I can now happily say, “Yes he Is”. I must admit he’s not an energetic talker, but he is very pleasant, respectful and honors his words. The workers were very friendly, showed up early and worked the entire day. Mr. Carlos, the lead person, was friendly, answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the process, his demeanor sealed the deal. Truth is, I had already decided on another contractor when ATEP submitted their proposal. It seemed too good to be true, but I stepped out on faith and was blessed to have Mr. Allen and the ATEP team provide excellent service. They say everything that glitters is not gold but I truck gold with ATEP. I am happy with my roof and gutters and would recommend ATEP to anyone for their roofing and gutter needs.
